  1. Great video. I could relate to most if what was said. Despite the grim matter, it has made me feel less alone. I don't know anyone a big as me, and who has suffered such health issues. Thanks

  2. Jan, I am sorry for what you have gone through. When I read these people's stories I want to cry. I hate fat and what it does to people. I have asked God why was something so horrible even invented? Yes I have said that in prayer. It is a nightmare illness and one of my friends has said worse then cancer. I will pray for you, I know you are going through it too.

  3. I agree it is a nightmare illness, especially since there's so much misinformation about what causes it and how to fix it. I don't believe God would create something so horrible. I believe WE did by trying to play God with our food supply. And I believe getting as close as possible to the diet we were intended to eat is most of the answer. Way easier said than done but I'm happy for this guy. I don't completely agree with his approach but it's far healthier than a "regular" diet. It may not benefit him much more and may do more harm in the long term. I was a vegetarian for about 7 years and vegan part of that time so I know. The lack of meat and fat in the long run aided in destroying my health. I'm sure he would benefit more by adding some meat (unprocessed) back into his diet but to each their own. Finding something you believe in and can stick to is half the battle after all.
